1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the L&M CAR website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Rental Requirements
To rent a vehicle from L&M CAR, you must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driving license, and provide a valid form of identification. International customers must present a valid international driving permit alongside their national license.
3. Booking and Payment
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the booking confirmation email. Payment may be required in advance or at the time of pickup, depending on the booking type. We accept cash (MAD), credit cards, and bank transfers. Prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be used in accordance with Moroccan traffic laws and regulations. The renter is responsible for all traffic violations incurred during the rental period. Vehicles may not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving (unless specifically authorized), racing, or towing.
5. Insurance and Coverage
All rentals include basic insurance coverage as required by Moroccan law. Optional comprehensive coverage is available at the time of booking or pickup. The renter is responsible for the applicable deductible in the event of damage or loss.
6. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same fuel level. Failure to return the vehicle with a full tank will result in a refueling charge.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.
8. Liability
L&M CAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or vehicles. Our total liability shall not exceed the rental fee paid by the customer.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tangier, Morocco.
